3. Fees and Payments

Fees for services are determined per job and payments are due according to the agreed-upon schedule.

4. Content and Copyright

Adelaide Speed & Marine will only use images and videos of your marine or automotive vehicles for social media content, and will not use them for any other purpose without explicit consent.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep all sensitive information shared during the course of the services confidential.

6. Termination of Services

Either party may terminate services with written notice. Any outstanding fees must be settled upon termination.

7. Limitation of Liability

Adelaide Speed & Marine is not liable for any losses, damages, or expenses incurred by the Customer as a result of using our services.

8. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in Australia's courts.
